Please allow 2 - 6 business days (this excludes weekends and public holidays) for processing time. I personally will always try and post orders out as soon as possible. If you choose Express Post this will not speed up the processing time. All our packages are sent via Australia Post. We only offer postage within Australia and New Zealand at this point of time. All postage prices are flat rate and affordable, as I do not charge extra for packaging time or materials so I can keep the cost as low as possible for my lovely customers.

April Storm Designs will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318.
If your parcel is returned to us as it has not been collected from an Australia Post depot/mail center within the time frame detailed by Australia Post, it is YOUR responsibility as a customer to pay for the parcel to be resent. We are not held responsible for parcels that are not collected.
